Cabin Search Tip

     If your church had not secured a cabin for this next year’s camp, you are encouraged to get an early start.  It is never too early.  Although a list of available cabins is provided in our spring IFC mail out, we realize that first-time campers and out-of-state churches may need more time to locate a cabin.  Also, the list that is provided to us at the time of our mailing contains only those churches who responded before the deadline.  In other words, some churches may actually have available cabins, but was not able to reply for whatever reason. 
      So, we offer this suggestion:

1. First, visit the Baptist General Convention of Oklahoma’s website at www.bgco.org. 
2. Then, click on “Ministries”;
3. Select “Falls Creek Baptist Conference Center”, this will take you to their home page which also provides directions to Falls Creek;
4. Next, click on “Church Cabins”;
5. Select “Church Rentals”;
6. On this page, you will be prompted to enter a number for Capacity Needed and Maximum Price you need for your church group.  However, below this is a search tip which suggests to leave both fields blank to view a list of all the cabins at Fall Creek.
7. Press the Search button, a complete list of all of the IFC cabins with their regular weekly rental fee.  To find where the cabins are located, click on the yellow MAP key located to the right of each cabin listing.  This map will still show where the cabin you selected in red and its location.. 

Note:  Please do not be discouraged by the rental prices listed.  When phoning the cabin owners, let them know that your church will be attending Falls Creek during the Indian Assembly and ask if they would be able to offer a discounted price if costs is a concern. 
     Please let us know if your church would be able to offer some space to other campers as some churches might not have enough campers to rent a cabin on their own.  Also, please let us know if your church would be interested in partnering with another church to rent a cabin.
